Roasted Broccoli
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and Squeeze excess water from broccoli.
- Toss broccoli in olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Spread broccoli out evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake in oven 15-20 minutes or until broccoli is slightly charred and crispy.
- Roasted Broccoli is a versatile recipe, so feel free to season with different seasoning combinations beyond the salt and pepper.
- My fav is red pepper chili flakes and zest lemon.
- Sprinkle Grated Parmesan cheese in the final few minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze for a robust flavor.
Made this last night and it was so good! I drizzled Siracha on top for a spicy kick and it was delicious.
