Home Gym
I would love to go to the gym to workout as I did this time last year. Unfortunately we’re living in the midst of a deadly pandemic that’s only expected to get worst before it gets better. As we all know Coronavirus (Covid 19) is an illness caused by a virus that can be spread from person to person. It affects people in different ways with some having more severe and deadly consequences than others. It has changed the way we live, work, go to school, and carry on with our everyday activities. So in trying to keep my workout routine going I took measures in my own hands.
I know by now your curious to see how I’m staying fit while social distancing? Being that going to the gym is not an option for most of us. I decided that for the cost of one month with my personal trainer, I’d buy me some workout equipment that I could use at home. I purchased things that are easy to store such as dumbbells, kettle balls, gliders, resistance bands, jump rope and a set of step and risers. These things were very inexpensive. I shopped stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, and Five Below. I also found several free workout apps online that offer workout sessions from beginner to intermediate levels. You don’t need a lot of space either, so no excuses! I even found a nice stylish basket to store my things in once I’m done from Home Goods! I don’t know about you but I cant gain another pound! Lets stay fit World!
I love the post. Thank you!
YW. How else we gonna work out in Covid๐
