  • Toss broccoli in olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Spread broccoli out evenly on baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven 15-20 minutes or until broccoli is slightly charred and crispy.
  • Roasted Broccoli is a versatile recipe, so feel free to season with different seasoning combinations beyond the salt and pepper.
  • My fav is red pepper chili flakes and zest lemon.
  • Sprinkle Grated Parmesan cheese in the final few minutes.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze for a robust flavor.
